May 31 2025 Tournament Registration Information
Leagues - open doubles, open a, coed bb, coed b
Registration is open from 12AM April 30
thru May 30
- Registration fee: $60 per team, $15 per individual.
The fee DOES NOT cover the entrance fee at Providence.
Each league accepts up to 6 teams. Registration is first come first served.
Your payment (Zelle received, check cleared, or cash) must be received
within 7 days of registering. If payment is not received in time you will be moved to the
waitlist and your spot in the league will be made available to others wishing to register.
This guide will help you decide which league to play in.
Roster updates can be
requested by email
until October 4. After October 4 player names in the roster must be the name of an actual player. e.g. TBD means somebody named "TBD" needs to play.
Players who registered as an individual will only be placed on a team if the league has availability and can we can find enough
individual players to form a team.

- Players in the A league cannot play in the AB or B leagues.
- While each team can request a league to play in, the organizers reserve the right to move teams to the
league they feel is appropriate based on the skill level of the players.
- General Rules
- All players must sign a waiver form on the day of the tournament before playing
- Coed teams must have one or more female players. Open B teams without a female player will
begin each game with a score of -5
- Games will be played with a standard wallyball. Play will be round-robin, 18 points rally
against every team, capped at 20 points for standard games. Playoff games will be played
to 25 points
- Teams can begin play as soon as 3 players are available. Teams will be deducted 1 point per
minute if play is delayed waiting for players to arrive.
- A total of 2 substitutions per game are allowed during a timeout. No male players outside of the
team are allowed to substitute in playoff games
